Delete your account

What happens

• Staff accounts are deleted straight away: your name, email, phone number and PIN are erased and every phone you were signed in on is signed out. Sales you recorded stay in the shop's books, because they belong to the business, but no longer show who you were.
• If you are the business's only owner, deleting your account closes the business: every staff account in it is deleted the same way, the subscription is cancelled so nothing more is charged, and the business's records (products, sales, stock, expenses, debtors, suppliers) are permanently deleted within 30 days.
• We may keep payment records for as long as tax law requires. Nothing else is kept.

You can also delete your account inside the app, with Delete account, just below Sign out. If you cannot sign in, email horizonshoptracker@gmail.com from the address on the account.
